The math

Your platform provider is your biggest player. And they never lose.

Move the slider to your monthly GGR. This is what the revenue-share model costs you over three years — versus flat software.

Revenue share is a tax on being good at your job. It's a lease with nothing at the end. Forever. Lock-in is the product.
325,000€

This is the rev-share you'd hand over versus owning the source outright for 249,000€. Feeds, hosting and payments are yours under any model — the same on both sides — so they're left out. A turnkey's setup fees and minimums aren't counted either, so this is the floor.

House rules

We've been to this industry's parties. The process assumes nothing.

Everyone knows how demos get used in this industry — including the calls where the other side just takes notes. So the process assumes nothing and exposes nothing. Serious buyers glide through it.

RULE 01

Demos are watermarked and recorded.

Your name sits on every screen of the session. Screenshots travel with a signature. Serious buyers never notice; scouts never forget.

RULE 02

Nobody sees the code. Ever.

The demo shows what it does. How it does it is the product.

RULE 03

Funds clear before source moves.

Wire or crypto, in full, every time. No exceptions and no offense meant — the sequencing protects both sides equally.

RULE 04

Then it's genuinely yours.

Licensed, fingerprinted, delivered to your repos. From that day on we're the easiest vendor you've ever worked with.

It's simple: the software works, the price is honest, and the process means nobody has to take anybody's word for anything. Engage seriously and this is the smoothest deal in iGaming. Come to scout, and you'll enjoy a very pleasant 45-minute demo of features you already sell. See the whole model side by side →

Two ways in

Switching, or starting from zero? Both are mapped.

The escape plan · for operators on a turnkey
  1. Scope the export. Players, balances, KYC docs, open bets, history — we've scoped the standard turnkey exports, and we map yours in the first call.
  2. Parallel run. Your SportsCrafter stack goes live next to the old platform, on real feeds — same events, same odds, zero player impact — until you trust it.
  3. Cutover weekend. Balances reconcile, open bets settle or transfer, DNS flips. And the migration work? No fee — escapes are free here.

Mid-contract? That's usually the cheapest time to plan — the parallel run happens while the old meter is still running on their side of the fence.

From zero to first bet · for new operators
  1. What you bring: a gambling license (or a licensing plan — we'll point you at the usual routes), a feed contract (Feed Desk introduces you), and a PSP.
  2. What we bring: the whole platform, deployed on your cloud, with runbooks your first ops hire can actually follow.
  3. The typical path: demo → deployed in weeks, not quarters — run by a team of 3–5, not 30. Pay 9,900€/month while you find your feet — every payment counts toward owning it outright.

No GGR yet? The calculator still works — drag it to where your business plan says year one lands.

You're a fit if: you hold (or are getting) your own license · you want the bill to be a number · you can run ops
You're not if: you want a partner who runs everything and charges like one · you need someone else's license to operate
Straight answers

FAQ

Why is this so much cheaper? What's the catch?

There's no catch — there's a different business. Turnkey vendors price like landlords; we price like a software company. We win by selling many licenses at honest prices instead of taxing a few operators forever. The trade: you bring your own license, your own feed contract, and your own ops. If you want a partner who runs everything and charges like a partner, that model exists — everywhere else.

How do I know the code is real before paying?

You don't see it — nobody does, and that's exactly why it's worth owning. Proof comes without exposure: the live demo shows the entire platform running, at any depth you ask for. And the purchase itself settles as a simultaneous handover — source delivered as your funds clear, neither side able to burn the other. We never ask for trust — and we never hand out IP to earn it.

Do I need a gambling license?

Yes — yours. SportsCrafter is B2B software; we are not an operator and we don't touch player funds. You operate under your own license in your own jurisdictions. That separation is exactly why we can sell you the software outright: your compliance, your GGR, your business.

When does renting become owning?

Automatically at month 36 — you're paying it off at 9,900€/month, and after 36 payments the source is simply yours, no balloon payment. Every payment counts toward owning it. Paying monthly comes to 356,400€ total versus 249,000€ cash — the cost of spreading it over three years. The whole schedule is published in the buyout ladder. Short version: the sooner you settle, the less you pay.

What if I stop paying before I've paid it off?

Nothing you've paid disappears. Leave any time after the 12-month minimum, and everything you've paid keeps counting toward owning the source for 12 more months — come back inside that window and you carry on from exactly where you stopped, at full value. Paying monthly does total more than the 249,000€ cash price (356,400€ over the full 36 months) — that's simply the cost of paying over three years instead of all at once, with maintenance, upgrades and support included the whole time. No gotcha, nothing hidden.

What about odds feeds?

The platform is feed-provider agnostic, with a normalization layer and provider adapters (DonBest supported today, plus a documented adapter interface for others). You contract your feed directly — our Feed Desk makes the introductions and negotiates alongside you, and we take zero markup, ever. The feed is a real cost under any model; the difference is you'll pay direct rates instead of a reseller's. On top of the feed, a derived-odds engine and synthetic markets extend your coverage.

What about payments and KYC?

Same answer as feeds: adapters, not lock-in. The wallet service exposes a documented cashier interface with provider adapters for PSPs — cards, crypto, and the local rails your markets actually run on (yes, including PIX) — and the identity service does the same for KYC/AML providers. You contract every provider directly, at your own rates, under your own compliance; we integrate and take zero markup. Already have PSP contracts? They come with you.

What does maintenance actually cover?

Security patches, dependency and infrastructure upgrades, feed-adapter maintenance, and the feature stream we ship to all customers — with published response times: P1 (book-stopping) answered within 1 hour, 24/7; P2 within 4 business hours; monthly patch train, quarterly feature releases. Included in rental. For source owners it's optional, in two tiers — Standard at 4,900€/month, or Premium at 9,900€/month, which adds a dedicated engineer on a direct line and builds your priority features into the platform. No maintenance contract is ever required to keep running what you own.

Is there a kill switch, license server, or phone-home?

No, no, and no. The platform runs fully air-gapped: no license server to reach, no telemetry to us, nothing we can switch off. The fingerprinting in our house rules is a forensic watermark inside the artifacts — it identifies a leaked copy; it never calls home. And if you modify your source, care-plan updates arrive as upstream patches you merge on your own schedule — your fork is yours.

What exactly lands in my repos on day one?

Everything: all 16 service repositories, the player app and back-office frontends, Docker and Kubernetes manifests, CI pipelines, database migrations, the test suites, deployment runbooks, and the documentation — every service documented, one schema each. It builds from a clean clone by following the runbook.

Can you migrate me off my current platform?

Yes. Player accounts, balances, open bets and history — we've scoped the standard turnkey exports. And we don't charge a migration fee — the move itself is free, because the fastest way to prove the model is broken is to make leaving it cost nothing.

Isn't 9,900€ plus hosting and feeds expensive?

Add it all up — that's exactly what we want you to do. Platform 9,900€ + your own cloud (~1,500–3,000€) + a sports feed contracted directly at direct rates (~3,000–8,000€ depending on coverage): roughly 14–21k€ a month, flat. Now itemize a turnkey: 10–15% of your GGR — 36,000€ a month at just 300k€ GGR — plus platform minimums, plus a feed resold to you at two to three times the direct rate, plus a fee for every integration. One of those bills is a number. The other is a percentage of your future. And our Feed Desk introduces you straight to the feed providers with zero markup — we're the only vendor in this industry that helps you buy less through us.

We sell software. You keep the revenue. That's the whole model.
